How far in advance should we book, and what are your available dates?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to secure your preferred dates. Our team will work with you to find the best time for your retreat based on availability and group size.

What is the minimum and maximum number of participants for a corporate retreat?

Camp Tahuaya can accommodate groups as small as 10 participants and as large as 200, depending on the program and lodging needs.

What lodging options are available for groups, and how are rooms assigned?

We offer cabins, lodges, and tented accommodations. Room assignments can be customized based on your group’s preferences and requirements.

Ample on-site parking is available for all guests. While we do not provide shuttle service, we can help coordinate transportation options for larger groups. Camp Tahuaya is conveniently located 1-mile off I-35 between Austin and Waco.

Are Wi-Fi, audio-visual equipment, and other meeting necessities available?

Yes, our indoor meeting spaces are equipped with Wi-Fi, projectors, screens, and sound equipment. Additional AV support can be arranged upon request.
